January 19th through February 1st, the Rook Room is transforming into an island getaway complete with palm trees, pineapples, parrots, and more.
Below-zero temps, snow squalls, long nights. Let’s face it, Iowa in the middle of winter is pretty much the opposite of beachy vibes. So we’re creating our own!
We’ve decorated our space with palm trees, grass skirts, pineapples, tropical flowers, parrots, flamingos, and more. But it doesn’t end there. Our January specials menu is full of tropical treats, including our Peppermint Daquiri, White Chocolate Macadamia Breve, Strawberry Lemonade Cooler, and Hawaiian Flatbread.

This special event runs during open hours from January 19th through February 1st. There’s no additional cost – the island vibes are free!
