Here at The Rook Room, we love our community and we love to give back to our community in any way that we can! In fact, it’s so important to us that we wrote it into our core values.

First off, thank you for what you’re doing to make our community a better place. We appreciate and applaud your efforts.
As much as we’d love to say yes to every organization and non-profit, we get a lot of requests and sometimes have to make some tough choices in order to make sure each and every fundraising event we partner on is a successful and quality experience.
Currently, we only have the capacity to help with three fundraising events per quarter (there are only two of us – for now at least!). If you have a fundraising event coming up, we’d encourage you to reach out as soon as possible.
We also want to make sure we’re a good fit. We give preference to non-profit organizations and organizations that align with our mission and core values – especially celebrating individuality, increasing accessibility, and giving back to our community.
From there, we take any requests that we receive and begin a conversation to discuss goals, audience, needs, timelines, scheduling, costs, and additional details.
Know that we want to help you make an impact in our community in any way that we can and that the criteria above help us in making tough choices, but exceptions always apply.
