It took a while to get here, but the winter weather has finally hit the Des Moines area.
Snow. Wind. Ice. Having to wake up and shovel at 5 AM before going to work because for some reason the weather decided the most convenient time to drop 4 inches was overnight while you were sleeping. Fun…real fun.

The Rook Room will be bringing our full game library of 200+ board games to Confluence Brewing Company’s annual Cabin Fever Day Sunday, January 19th from noon to 5!
Grab some friends, bring a dish to share, and head over to Confluence for an afternoon of board games and beer! No registration or entry fee required.
Those who bring a shareable dish to the potluck will get a FREE pint of beer. Plus, bring any past Confluence event mug and get $1 off your beer during the event.
