Looking to spend some time at the Rook Room Game Lounge & Cafe and want to make sure you have the perfect table for you and your games? Please feel free to send a reservation request using the form below or by giving us a call at 515-216-4169. We’ll do our best to accommodate!
Most of the time, we have ample seating to come in and find a spot. If you would like to plan for something special in advance or worry about seating during some of our busiest times, we do accept reservations.
We generally request that reservations only be made for groups of 4 to 10.
For groups of 1 to 3, we should be able to find you space on a walk-in basis.
For groups larger than 10, please indicate on the form below, and our Events Manager will be in touch to coordinate.

Important: Reservations made by email or form are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation response. Reservations are generally made for 2 hours at a time. Every reservation will be given a 15-minute grace period. If your party does not show up or contact us prior to the 15-minute window expiration, we will give up your table to other guests.
